Refund and Returns Policy

At Dharmic Art, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every art piece you purchase. Art is a personal and emotional investment, and we want your experience with us to be seamless and trustworthy. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may return an art piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The artwork is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (including packaging).
  • The item has not been altered, signed, or framed by you.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking or delivery confirmation).
  • You have contacted us via email (support@dharmic.art) to request a return authorization (RA) before shipping the item back.

Note: Custom, commissioned, or limited-edition pieces (unless defective) are non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@dharmic.art with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RA Number: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 business hours.
  3. Pack & Ship: Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material). Include the RA number and a note with your name and order number.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • We will either:
    • Issue a full refund, or
    • Replace the item at no cost to you.

We will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. For non-defective items, exchanges are subject to availability and may incur shipping fees.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.
  • Limited-edition prints signed by the artist.
  • Framed or altered pieces.

6. Artwork Care & Handling

We recommend:

  • Viewing art in natural light before framing.
  • Handling artwork with clean hands or gloves.
  • Avoiding direct sunlight or extreme humidity to preserve quality.

While we take great care in packaging, we are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or environmental factors after delivery.
